The Grapevine

---

Since November 2010, Friday nights at The Grapevine have developed into THE music night to attend in Exmouth, with our focus being firmly upon a wide variety of musical genres and artistes, trying to ascertain the mood of the customer, who are, after all, the most important part of our Friday nights.

It became increasingly obvious that our audience wanted a high quality night out, where the bands performing provided them with ample opportunity to dance the night away in a sophisticated, safe environment aimed at the over-25s age range. As a result, we have developed a very stylised evening that we feel is unique to our venue in Exmouth, and we regularly feature highly-skilled and specialised Soul, Ska, Funk and Reggae bands from throughout South-West England.

Additionally, when we do have ‘covers’ bands, we seek those who are more than a little left-field in the material that they play and the way that they perform, as we think that there is plenty of scope for standard covers bands to play elsewhere in the locale.

We are constantly on the lookout for new acts, so If you think your band fits into our criteria, and are interested in playing at the Grapevine, or you have a band in mind that you’d like to see play, then please email  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
